The market gives Bayern the edge at 49.7% against 29.1% for Real Madrid, with expected goals at 1.65 to 1.16. That is enough to make Bayern the favourite, but not nearly enough to make anybody comfortable.
The over is sitting at 60% and both teams to score at 56%. That tells you the same thing your instincts already do, this match should be treated as an attacking environment first and a defensive one second.
The Bayern side of the argument
Harry Kane is still the cleanest Bayern pick. He comes in with 78 pts, €10.8m, 42% owned, 11 goals, 0 assists, rating 7.82, and when Bayern are favourites in a big game, the most obvious answer is often obvious for a reason.
Michael Olise is the better differential from the predicted XI. He has 62 pts, €8.3m, 38% owned, 3 goals, 8 assists, rating 7.85, and his mix of directness and end-product makes him the exact sort of winger who can hurt Madrid if the game turns transitional.
Luis Díaz is the sharper price-to-upside route. At 43 pts, €7.6m, 15% owned, 5 goals, 3 assists, rating 7.52, he is probably the most interesting Bayern tournament-style gamble if you want a less crowded route into the tie.
The Madrid side of the argument
Kylian Mbappé is still the pure ceiling play in the entire match. He has 88 pts, €11m, 63% owned, 14 goals, 1 assists, rating 7.88, and that is what fear looks like in fantasy format.
Vinícius Júnior brings 80 pts, €9.7m, 25% owned, 5 goals, 7 assists, rating 7.26, which is why he remains such a dangerous pairing with Mbappé even when Madrid are not favourites on the books.
Jude Bellingham is the calmer all-round route at 29 pts, €8.4m, 3% owned, 2 goals, 1 assists, rating 7.36. He is not the loudest name in the tie, but he is often the one who benefits when the game starts changing shape.

How to build around it
The clever way to play this tie is not to fade premiums, it is to decide which premium belongs with which script. Kane belongs to Bayern control. Mbappé belongs to Madrid punishment. Olise belongs to Bayern chaos. Bellingham belongs to the version of the game where everything starts to blur.
The final read
Bayern deserve favourite status, but not enough to make this a fade on Madrid's stars. If you want the safer foundation, go Kane. If you want the scarier nuclear button, go Mbappé. If you want to beat other sharp managers, Olise is where this starts to get properly interesting.
