UCL Fantasy provides independent fantasy-football information, tools, projections and editorial analysis. We are not UEFA, the official UEFA Fantasy game, a football club, bookmaker or financial adviser, and are not endorsed by them. Club names, badges and competition references identify relevant teams and remain the property of their respective owners.
You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these terms. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared commercially, scraped or used to bypass access controls. We may restrict or suspend accounts reasonably believed to be fraudulent, abusive, insecure or in material breach of these terms.
Projections, xPts, captain scores, predicted lineups, injuries, odds, fixture ratings, set-piece roles and recommendations are estimates based on incomplete and changing third-party data. They may be delayed, wrong or unavailable. Football selections, transfers, captain choices and any related spending or gambling decisions are entirely yours. Nothing on the service is betting, financial or professional advice, and we do not guarantee points, rank gains, winnings, team selection, availability or any particular result. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose.
Before checkout, we display the selected plan, recurring price, billing interval and trial terms. Your three-day Pro trial starts when Stripe confirms checkout. No subscription fee is charged during that trial. Unless you cancel before the trial expires, the selected monthly or yearly subscription starts automatically, Stripe charges the payment method you provided, and the subscription continues to renew at the displayed interval until cancelled.
It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial expires if you do not want the paid subscription to begin. Forgetting to cancel, not using the service, changing your mind, overlooking a reminder or failing to check the trial end date does not by itself entitle you to a refund.
You can stop renewal online at any time from Account → Membership → Unsubscribe from Pro, or through Manage billing. Cancellation during the free trial prevents the first subscription charge. Cancellation after a payment normally takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, so Pro access continues until then and the payment is not normally refunded.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, including where a member forgot to cancel before a trial or renewal, did not use the service, or no longer wants it. This policy does not exclude or restrict any cooling-off, refund or other consumer right that applicable law says cannot be excluded—for example where the service is faulty, materially misdescribed or a statutory cancellation right applies. Eligible Pro members may earn £2.50 for a genuinely referred new member after that member makes their first successful paid subscription payment. Signups, failed payments and unconverted trials do not qualify. Commissions become payable after 90 days and remain subject to validation. Self-referrals, duplicate or fabricated accounts, misleading promotion, spam, trademark bidding, refunds, chargebacks and fraud may be rejected or reversed. We may pause or change the programme prospectively on reasonable notice, while honouring valid commissions already earned.
The advertised £1,000 mini-league figure is the total intended prize value across the top five eligible finishers, not a £1,000 cash payment to one winner. Awards will be non-cash prizes and/or vouchers. Entrants must use a valid account and comply with the official UEFA Fantasy rules. We may verify identity, eligibility and final standings, disqualify duplicate or abusive entries, substitute a prize with one of reasonably equivalent value if necessary, and publish the final allocation and fulfilment process before awards are made. No purchase is necessary.
You may use the service for personal, non-commercial fantasy analysis and share screenshots with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial databases or articles, resell access, automate extraction, probe security, interfere with the service, upload unlawful material or infringe others’ rights. Except for third-party material, the site design, models, copy, software and compiled data are owned by or licensed to UCL Fantasy.
We aim to keep the service accurate and available but may change, correct, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, provider changes, security or operational reasons. Data may come from UEFA, API-Football, Stripe and other providers whose feeds and services we do not control. Links to external sites are provided for convenience and are used at your own risk.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these terms, for losses caused by inaccurate or late sports data, or for business losses arising from consumer use. You remain responsible for checking official lineups, deadlines, rules and results before acting.
We may update these terms to reflect legal, security or service changes and will post the updated date; material changes will be brought to users’ attention where appropriate. On termination, clauses intended to survive—including payment, intellectual-property, liability and dispute provisions—continue. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory protections or court rights you have as a consumer where you live.
