UCL Fantasy Tools ("we", "us", "our") operates the website uclfantasy.com and related services. We provide fantasy football analysis, tools, and insights for the UEFA Champions League Fantasy game.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Services

We provide:

• Free tools: Fixture difficulty ratings, player statistics, deadline countdowns, and limited AI-powered questions
• Pro subscription (£5/month or £30/year): Full access to The Savant's picks, expected points model, transfer planner, and AI questions (fair usage: 200 per week)

Fair Usage Policy — Ask The Savant

Pro and Inner Circle subscribers receive generous access to Ask The Savant AI questions, subject to a fair usage limit of 200 questions per week (Monday to Sunday). This limit is designed to prevent automated or abusive use and will not affect normal usage. Free users receive 5 questions in total. We reserve the right to adjust these limits with reasonable notice.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
• You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Free trial periods (where offered) convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Not Financial or Betting Advice

Our content is for entertainment and informational purposes only. We provide fantasy football analysis — not betting tips, financial advice, or gambling recommendations. Any decisions you make based on our content are your own responsibility.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Fantasy football involves inherent uncertainty. We do not guarantee:

• Any specific ranking, score, or outcome
• The accuracy of predictions, expected points, or captain picks
• That following our advice will improve your rank

Past performance is not indicative of future results.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on uclfantasy.com — including text, analysis, graphics, code, and the "The Savant" brand — is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

UEFA, Champions League, and related marks are trademarks of UEFA. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to UEFA in any way. Player data and statistics are sourced from publicly available information.

8. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download our content
• Redistribute premium content to non-subscribers
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Resell or commercially exploit our content without permission

10. AI-Powered Features

"Ask The Savant" uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI responses are generated in real-time and may occasionally contain errors
• AI analysis supplements, but does not replace, our expert panel's recommendations
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UCL Fantasy Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to subscribers. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
