Affiliate Program Terms
Terms and conditions for our affiliate programme

1. Eligibility
The UCL Fantasy affiliate program is open to active Pro subscribers only. Free users are not eligible. You must apply through your account dashboard and be approved before earning commission.
2. Commission Structure
For each referral who converts to a paying Pro subscriber:
- Month 1 of their subscription: £3
- Month 2 of their subscription: £2
- Month 3 of their subscription: £1
- Month 4 onwards: £0 (no further commission)
Maximum commission per referral: £6
Commission is only earned on referrals who convert to a paid Pro subscription. Free signups do not generate commission.
3. Payouts
- Payouts are processed once per quarter (January, April, July, October).
- Minimum payout threshold: £10. If your balance is below £10, it rolls over to the next quarter.
- Payments are made by bank transfer to a UK bank account only.
- You must provide valid bank details (name, sort code, account number) in your affiliate dashboard before a payout can be processed.
4. Referral Tracking
Each affiliate receives a unique referral link. A referral is attributed to you when a new user signs up using your link. The referral must be a genuine new user. Commission is earned only when that user upgrades to a paid Pro subscription.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Self-referrals or creating fake accounts to generate commission.
- Spamming, misleading claims, or deceptive marketing.
- Using paid advertising that includes "UCL Fantasy" in the ad copy without prior written approval.
- Any activity that could damage the reputation of UCL Fantasy.
6. Fraud and Withholding
UCL Fantasy reserves the right to withhold or claw back commission if fraud, abuse, or policy violations are suspected. We may investigate referral patterns and will notify you of any concerns before taking action.
7. Program Changes
UCL Fantasy reserves the right to modify commission rates, payout terms, or terminate the affiliate program at any time. Active affiliates will be given at least 30 days notice of any material changes. Earned and unpaid commission at the time of termination will still be honoured.
8. Termination
Your affiliate status may be revoked if you violate these terms, if your Pro subscription lapses, or at our discretion. You may also withdraw from the program at any time by contacting us.
