⤵️ My UCL Fantasy Three: At the bottom of every email I send I pick out 3 players in each position who should be considered for the upcoming MD (scroll down!).

Injuries might force my hand this week. I’m planning to wildcard either next week (MD6) or, depending on how it’s looking, in MD7 as a FH.

If the doubts cast over Yamal and Guirassy mean that they are out for this MD then things are pretty simple for me, those two out for Haaland and Kuhn. However, there are also huge doubts over TAA & Ramsey (who didn’t start last UCL game anyway) AND Blaswich has just been given a red flag on the game which I need to research!

A wildcard is tempting but for now I’m doing this…

Even though injuries forced my into these transfers, i’m still pretty happy when I look at this team. I will probably captain Kane on the Tuesday (29 G&A in 17 games !!) at homw against a lacklustre PSG team, and, if needed, Salah at home against a disjointed Real Madrid side.

The only ongoing issues in this team (despite a few very average weeks back to back to back) are the goalkeepers who haven’t done much for me, Ramsey who hasn’t started the last couple for Villa, and Mendy who has been a poor pick.

Bringing in Haaland seems sensible with a home game against Feyenoord that seems ripe for City to turn around their recent poor form (5 losses in a row).

Kuhn is a bargain option and has 11 goals and 11 assists in 18 games for Celtic this season, and at £4.5m he allows me the funds to get Haaland. At only 2% owned as well, he is a big differential player.

My plan for MD6 will develop as we get closer to it. One option is I play my Wildcard and pick a team for just MD 6 & 7 in mind before playing my LL in 8.
